We are please to welcome you on our website www.tempsdanse.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). These conditions are concluded between, on the one hand, 2a2p sas – Temps Danse, a French Corporation recorded at the Paris RCS under number 433 086 527 0001 0 and located at 75010 Paris, 8, rue du faubourg Poissonnière, hereinafter referred to “Temps Danse” and, on the other hand, people wishing to make a purchase via the website Temps Danse, hereinafter referred to as the “user”. These general conditions of sale exclusively govern the sale of products offered on the Site. They are routinely available on this Site by the user upon registration of the order. They aim to define the term of sale between Temps Danse and the user, from ordering to delivery, through the payment. They regulate all necessary steps to transfer control and monitor this order between the contracting parties. These conditions apply exclusively to private individual users and for no commercial purpose.

1. The order
The order can be validly registered on the Site only if the user has been clearly identified by the entrance to the user’s client code that is strictly personal (see article 5). Any order implies acceptance of price and description of products available to sale. Temps Danse 2A2P sas agrees to fulfil orders received on the website within the limits of available stocks. If the product is not available, Temps Danse 2A2P sas undertakes to inform you as soon as possible and to tell you the waiting time for the receipt of this product. If you wish, you can request cancellation (reimbursement by cheque within 15 days or cancellation of payment by credit card) or exchange your order by calling us at (0033) 1 47 70 20 79 or by contacting us by e-mail to contactvpc@tempsdanse.com
RETURN PERIOD
The internet client has a 7 days period to return any item in its original packaging in perfect condition ready for resale, and ask for reimbursement or exchange by sending back the item by post, without penalty, except shipping costs.
RETURN BY POST
The item must be sent by post with the original delivery receipt
included in the parcel o, duly completed with full detail of the
reasons of the return request, to the following address :
Should you wish a reimbursement, please indicate your bank account
number on the return document to be joigned to the return parcel.

No exchange nor reimbursement for the following items which are
excluded from the return right :
all items worn, dirty, washed, uncomplete, torn or damaged in any way .
2. Prices - Payment
Prices on this site are shown in Euro all taxes included for purchases in France or EEC and duty-free export, out of participation in shipping costs, and are subjects to change during the year. The products ordered are charged at current price at the date of registration of the order. The products remain the sole property of Temps Danse until full payment of the price. The settlement of your purchases on the web takes place exclusively in euro and is to be done by credit card. The payment made by credit card online at the award of command and is fully secure. The whole transaction is conducted in encrypted mode to a validation server bank of Banque populaire mode SSL (secure socket layer). The card numbers does not pass on our site and then you can make your purchases safely.
3. The delivery
The user has the choice to be delivered either at home or at another address different from that billing. Temps Danse undertakes to made deliveries of items ordered as soon as possible by colissimo followed. Shipping costs: metropolitan France (including Corsica) and Monaco: flat rate of 6.00 € by order; Europe: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: flat rate of 11.20 € by order; Great Britain, Italy (Sardinia, Sicily), Spain (Balearic Islands): flat rate of 13.60 € by order; Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal: flat rate of 14.10 € by order; Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands: flat rate of 18.10 € by order; USA and Canada: flat rate of 22.50 €. Other destination on a quote: please contact customer service. No delivery on Saturdays and holydays. Delays in delivery do not justify a claim for damages. The recipient is required to make any legal reserves towards the carrier in case of loss or damage within 72 hours from delivery as stipulated in Article 105 of the French commercial code.
4. Guarantee
All orders are checked twice before being shipped. In case of error of quantity or defective products, the claim must be filed with Temps Danse within 48 hours from receipt. No claims will be accepted beyond the deadline. In the case of a claim based, we will replace the defective item. If we can not replace the item, you can choose another product or claim a refund. All items can be exchanged if there were not worn or washed. The exchange must be made within 15 days from the date of receipt. The user will return at his expenses the item and shipping costs to send the new item ordered will be borne by Temps Danse. The care of shipping by Temps Danse due to exchange is limited to once per customer and per new command. If the new command is more expensive than the exchanged item, the user has to join to the exchange request a check of the amount of difference. For a lower amount, the user will receive a check of the amount of difference. 5. Signatures and evidences
Any new user of the site having no a customer number will follow the registration procedure to obtain his client number indicated on the site. This number is personal. The user must inform the customer service of Temps Danse in the even of loss or omission by filling out the contact form from the site or by calling at (0033) 1 47 70 20 79. In all cases, the online release of credit card number and the final validation of the order would be a proof of the entirety of the order, in accordance with the provision of the Act of March 13, 2000 and the sum owed, cause of the article seizure on the order form, must be payable. This validation apply signature and formal acceptance of all the operations carried out on the site.

6. Responsibility
The company 2A2P sas Temps Danse has, for all stages of access to the site, the ordering access, delivery or back services, an obligation of means. 2A2P sas shall not be held liable for any damage or disadvantages inherent to the use of the Internet, including an interruption of service, an external intrusion or the presence of viruses, or any act classified as a Force Majeur, in accordance with the French law.
7. Personal data
The user is informed that the automated processing of information, including management of users’ e-mail, has been duly registered by “CNIL” under number 1104272. In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, the user has a right to access and correct his/her data.
8. Duration
These conditions apply throughout the duration of online services offered by 2A2P sas.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are subject to French law. The jurisdiction, in case of dispute, and in the absence of written agreement between the parties, is given to the competent courts of Paris, despite multiple defendant and / or collateral appeal, even for emergency procedures or conservatory measures.
