Need another size?
No prior request is needed. Simply follow these steps:
- Order the desired size on our website.
- Add the comment “Exchange order – order no. XXXX”.
- Return the original item with your order number inside the parcel.
After receiving and checking your return:
- the returned item will be refunded using the original payment method;
- the shipping costs of the new exchange order will also be refunded for deliveries within mainland France and the European Union.
Your refund will be processed within 10 days after receiving and checking your return.
How to return your item
To help us process your return faster, we recommend declaring your return from your customer account under Order History.
- Step 1 (recommended): Declare your return from your customer account.
- Step 2: Send your return parcel to our return address and include your order number inside.
If you did not declare your return online, simply write your order number clearly inside the parcel so our logistics team can identify it quickly.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging.
- The delivery slip or at least your order number must be included in the parcel.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs and the associated risks remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.
You may return your parcel using the carrier of your choice.
If you prefer not to arrange the return shipment yourself, we can provide a return shipping label at a fixed price:
- France: €3.95
- Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg: €7.95
- Other countries: Price on request
The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
