No prior request is required. Simply follow the steps below.
- Order the desired size on our website.
- Add the comment: “Exchange order – order n° XXXX”.
- Return the initial item with your order number inside the parcel.
After receiving and checking your return:
- the returned item will be refunded using the original payment method;
- the shipping costs of the new exchange order will also be refunded (mainland France and European Union).
The refund is processed within 10 days after receiving and verifying your return.
How to return a Temps Danse item
