RETURN AND REFUND

We want you to be happy with your new Temps Danse items.
You have 30 days to return items that are not suitable for you.
You will be refunded within 10 days after receipt and verification of your return package, by credit card, paypal or bank transfer depending on the payment method used for the order.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEMS ?

Before you return your item please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging and in a sale-able condition, with any labels and tags still attached.

The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.
We recommend a shipment with tracking. Without this, we cannot be responsible for any items that do not reach us.

REFUND: Refunds are processed within 10 working days to the same credit card or PayPal account used at the time of purchase.
EXCHANGE: We do not make exchanges but you can benefit from free shipping if you place a new order by indicating your return number in the comment field of this order. The shipping costs will be refunded to you (only valid within the EU).
